That truck is awesome and certainly hard to find but not for me at the price. I'd just go with the new Mountain Rider kit instead: http://www.rcnitrotalk.com/tamiya-toyota-mountain-rider-kit/

It is available mate.Tamiya re released it last year I think with a£500-£700 price tag.You can still get hold of an original on ebay ,unbuilt for about 3K

I had used one years ago for like $400. But $7000 for that one on eBay? Geez I'd buy a real 4x4 truck!!
