Hello, I was just about to go on my fourth tank of gas, plugged in my charger and attached the battery. Soon after I saw smoke coming from the battery/battery wire, I disconnected the charger immediately. I am not sure if the battery is still good so I won’t be attempting to find out via use on my truck.
The question is, until I can ship a battery back to me, which is like 2 weeks. Is there any temporary solution I can use until I get back my battery pack?
The battery says: NIMH, 2500 mAH, 6V.
Note: I wasn’t charging, it with the default charger, I was using another that I bought. I think I was using the wrong setting - Ma bad
