What is the best way to store a NIMH battery pack? Charged or Discharged? Thank You for your answers in advance

I store mine at about 80% capacity, thats what I have read and been told, I have a digital volt meter that I use to check my batteries, this is also how I do my lipo's

Don't put them out in a cold garage. The cells should not be allowed to freeze.

I bought a 5000 NIMH battery, how long would it take to charnge with a b6 digital charge, it usaully take like 15 min is that right
