What are the best bearings to buy for the gear plate?

What are the best bearings to buy if I am going to replace all the bearings in the TT?

Keep in mind price, don't really want to spend a fortune on them. Thanks for the help, my dumb ass lost a gear plate bearing!

Thanks in advance for the help!

If it is a little bearing that has a # 608 on it they can be bought at your local skateboard roller blade shop. Just make sure you DON'T get one with a plastic removeable cage. Get the highest ABEC rating you can afford.

I have seen them on bearing sites for $15.00 a bundle of 10

I bought the Fast Eddie kit it is ok , I just upgraded the wheel bearings to Acer Racing Ceramics for the 5B , I got ABEC 9 Ceramic hybrids in place of my 608 in the gearbox. My local skate shop had qty 8 of them for $30.00

Bearing upgrade is like free HP.

Unfortunately there is no better bearing than the stock without going up in price quite a jump. Bearings are like servos you by the highest grade you can live with on your budget.

If your just needing the one till you can afford to upgrade then post which one you need on wanted section. There should be someone that has upgraded that will sell you a original one reasonable. If it is 608 one I might have a extra if other bigger ones then I probably already sold them last week.

If you don't want the "full" kit you can order each bearing separately. Just pm me with what you want if it's not listed on my site.

It should be the bearing on the back side of the gear plate that holds the clutch bell??? Its not that I really can't afford it, just get sick of hearing the wife female dog! I was thinking about ordering http://www.vancouverhobbies.com/ab5fubekitfo.html but wasn't sure if their was something else I should be ordering.
That looks like a good way to go. I am sure glad we got Gas Jockey supporting you Ca.'s north of the USA border . Helps keep you all involved since most of my experience as a individual selling things to Canada residents is the customs up there is slow and obstinate at best.

Go to industry bearing shops near u. You got much more durable and quality bears than RC shops' poop. Industry bearings designed for heavy duty applications.

I got some NSK bearings from japan, they use them in factory equipment. Thay awesome!
