I am writing to warn anyone who is looking to purchase any RC items from NitrogenRC. I was scammed. The prices look good, the web page and details all look legit but once bought the customer service and support is non existent. I recently purchased a Helicopter from Nitrogen and they failed to forward me a receipt of payment. when you try and call them on their number 08009 930155 you go through to an automated telephone line giving you three options, it doesn't matter which option you choose the line goes dead after a few rings.

The shop itself is non existent the address given is located in a housing estate in Liverpool, UK. I paid £86.40p for a helicopter that i never received. The website show that they accept Paypal but when you go through the payment process it isn't paypal but a company called NoChex who pays the money to the shop but doesn't offer any third party support should you have any issues.

I would not recommend using NitrogenRC and I would advise anyone looking to purchase any RC to avoid them or risk losing their money as well.

Kind Regards

Watch yourself fellas.

maybe the shop is just some other kind of awesome, but they allegedly have one hel of a range of RC there. frankly their range is beyond even the main Ripmax catalogue! I smell a rat.

Nitrogenrc.CON!

Hi all,
I just registered here hoping to help people avoid losing money with Nitrogenrc. I also have heard nothing since placing an order on 12th Feb, no response to emails and not answering the phone. My order on their website says "Pending"
With hindsight the web site looks too good to be true!
I should have done what I usually do (but didn't this time!) and phoned the customer service number first before placing the order.

Be warned!

You can take a couple of lads off my site if you want mate. I have 2 who know how to have a quiet word! 1 is a mad builder from Paisley and the other is a 6ft cage fighting electrician!

According to Whois.com that site was created on Dec 10, 2010 and last updated on Jan 11, 2011.

It also lists the guys name address and phone number I won't post it but you can go check it out yourselves.

Maybe he just isn't fully running yet. Goto the domain registrar and file a complaint if you can't contact him.

I have seen this happen b4 where someone fires up a website before they are actually ready for business. Hopefully thats what the deal is and this dude isn't out to screw people. A few complaints will poop it down.

can you p,m me the details?

just type into google:

"whois www.nitrogenrc.com/"

and you'll find the results you are looking for. a few links to other forums where people are suspitious will also pop up

or you can go here to find details of any domain register, even LSF (though intelegently the address of the domain holder for LSF is hidden behind the godaddy proxy, but nitrogenrc has not hidden theirs, DOH!)
