Anybody have a better idea for the belt drive cover that comes with the belt kit. Ran the cover for only 10 minutes before it cracked all around the mounting screws. Love the belt drive but not the cover. Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated.
 
I have this one in the works. This is the first prototype it's a tad bit larger but I want it a bit bigger yet. Since you cant see through it, the cover needs to have extra room so its easier to mount. Im hoping in a couple months to have the first batch.

I was able to take some firm foam with exacto and cut out a spacer about 1cm thick...with longer screws to hold it on....I have only been using it when on lots of dirt or rocky type terrain....don't think cover is needed on grass or street driving
