The stock idler is a lot bigger than that.
It makes the belt extremely tight.

I won't be able to get to it until some time next week but I do know the ratio is 1:1.
No teeth on the idler but it has inner and outer lips to keep the belt on.
I may have a pic somewhere.
If I find it I'll send it.
The biiger one in the last pic goes on first then the smaller one after it.

I was asking about pulley the one Is mounted to clutch bell
 
Check out this video from Stern CNC's page. Maybe it will give you an ideal on that idler pulley size.

Okay finaled belt drive now working on belt system ABS cover its prototype I will test this weekend
