Best 5th Basher?

Well my deal for my FG MT fell through. My on road marder should be here this week. But since thats set-up for street i still need to get a off road 5th. What would be the best to get. And when I say bash, i mean it. Drivin it hard, jumpin and all. Should i still look for a FG MT or get something different? My other idea was a 5b or 5t with FG MT wheels and a FG body. So what would be better.

The Fg MT is a really good basher. A few upgrades and you will
be set.

The Baja will not take the FG body very well. With you being in Brooklyn, it may be easier to stick with the baja or a Redcat. Parts availability will be key if you are going to do heavy bashing.

i've had my leo now for over a year now and believe me mate it gets abused and the only time i've broke it was when i kept it on full throttle when i took off on a jump and my mates marder landed on it, it's been a very good buggy

Check this FGMT out. I'm looking to buy one to to round out my collection. I have a 5B,5T and now need a real MT.
I'd go the FGMT if I were you. Strong trucks great for bashing.

He posted his build here also. I think Im gonna put the money I had set aside for the MT i was gonna get toward a FG MT Comp.

I think most cars have there pros and cons. I'm a firm believer that you should get what you like. If you have your hart set on an MT, then get it because you will be disappointed if you get something else..

i love the look of the MT, however for bashing i prefer the 5b or 5t for a couple reasons, 1st being that parts are some much more accessible for the hpi, 2nd reason would be the overall size of the baja, meaning wheelbase, and 3rd from what ive seen the baja's can take more of a beating.

I think the 5B looks good with the FG Beetle body.

I thought about the baja but the 5T. But I don't like it all that much.
