Bought this from a hvac installer in Pasco saturday. The tanks were brand new- but empty.- they are sold on a exchange basis- thats why you see the used tanks- 35 bucks to fill both. My brazing jub on the modded ddm pipe looked nasty. These single stage regulators will end that. See inlet pressure-outlet pressure- adjust pressure on both outlets to about 5 psi- adjust tip size- no more boling the filler materal! One catch though- You see the 2 hoses feeding the torch? - I have 2 torch flashback arrestors on the way here. 78 dollars.- better safe than a burt cinder- shi$ happens you know.

Nice set up man. Using the gas can be difficult. I know I suck. I need a mig to weld. LOL

Yea, it takes a while to learn the flame-s. thats 90% of it in a nutshell. As for the mig? I am very tempted to spring for a Lincolin 180. 220 volt, spool gun ready. just need to add on a decent flowmeter to the supplied regulator. I have re-arranged one side of the basement- moved the washer-dryer-hot water heater- plenty of room now for the mig. I will build a fume extraction set up soon. have to. its getting cold up here too soon. gotta stay warm but still extract 100% of the fumes out- there is allready a hi quality alarm wired in for gasses-fumes. It may be a good idea to keep the bottles outside in a locked locker- run the hoses in tru a port hole.-

agree. thin sheet steel only requires about 5 psi Oxygen -fuel gas to braze. even if you throttle back at torch valves - if you are running too much pressure you will just blow the puddle all over the place- I gotta call Granger in pasco -need 1 - 000 tip, 1 - 00 tip.
