Big bore engine kits

Hello I am looking at these 2 engine kits:

One the second one what is the difference between the 2mm crank and the 2mm stuffed crank? Seems like the second one is the better value for only $12 more?


Do these kits make low and or top end power?

Stuffed crankshaft reduces crankcase volume, resulting in improved throttle response and engine power.


The built in Stuffed 2mm stroker crank alone will add 15% more power to you motor.This stroker will mostly add bottom end. Big difference for $12.00.

Thats what I was thinking.


How complicated is this to put in? Do you need anything other than basic hand tools?

The 28.5 is the easiest, since you don't have to split the case. But the 30.5 will give you more torque for more labor needed.

That doesn't look too bad. What he installed that tutorial appears the same amount of parts as is in that kit I was looking at with the stuffed crank.


How do you pull the flywheel and stop the piston with out those specific tools?

A piece of rope in the spark plug hole will stop the motor from turning.
