Questions

Did you install the topend, piston yourself?
What is your fuel to oil mix?
When you take off your exhaust and look into the exhaust hole what do you see? Any photos?
What filter are you using?

my engine assembled is by a professional-est my fuel mix is 190 cc for 4gl

i see that the piston is in the bottom

and i use an race filter ufo type

i use maxsema racing oil for filter oil and fuel mixture

if the piston has seized u want to chuck it out along with the ring and rod bearings.

throw a rod down the plug hole and hammer it out, head will need to be thrown out as well as the chrome plating will be stuffed. u might get away with a top end build but if any of the chrome lining has flaked off and falled into the crankcase it will destroy the crank bearings and you will be rebuilding again shortly.

if the wheels are spinning at idle it either means the clutch spring is stuffed or your LS needle is too lean, once youve rebuilt go back to factory carby setting and start again.

that sound like something came loose inside....but you comment that already happen to you twice!....like to know what cause the problem the first time

lol if i hammer it i will destroy the piston and the head

if you have siezed 2 pistons in the cylinders. you have a major air leak, or your running them WAY to lean, causing the High Temperatures and the Sieze.

its not often one will fully sieze the piston in the cylinder. this happens very rarely in most cases. so if you had it happen twice, their is a major issue with the topends or the builder putting them together, or the tuning process.
