Binding new receiver with kill already installed (simple swap?)

Hey guys I’m having connection issues and want to replace the receiver in my 30*N SCT. It’s the same as stock and I already have a kill switch installed. My question is, is it just a simple swap&bind, or are there other steps I have to take for the kill switch to still be functional?
