Blinking green on remote

What does it mean? Sometimes I have a solid green and other times its blinking green. Could not find anything in the manual describing

low battery maybe? Blinking green might mean that.

But i don't use the stock remote. Maybe try replacing them and see if it stops.

Batteries are new. Red is suppose to be low batt. No idea what "blinking" green means.

Maybe it needs "binding"?

Radio manual?? There was one large manual for the car and a smaller for the engine. That's it... What is binding?

Does anyone have a "radio manual" that could look this up for me? Are they available online?
