While bashing at deeside this weekend this happened to a 5b 2.0 exhaust, fist time anyone had seen anything like it before!!!



And no rear end bashes.

it looks like a little bomb has gone off inside your exhaust, i had my ss pipe 12months so i can,t complain but it seems some ss pipes don,t last long.

Have been told that wheelspin do a steel one for thirty notes...mmm trying to make one is it worth the hassle.....

Yeh ive seen the steel heavy duty ones. They do look nice and strong. 30 squid not too bad either.

Yup, usually they stay together just crack all the way around. Ive seen a few like it and many in the forums cracked or melted in that area. Really the only area that gets kinked in a flat landing. Very hot gasses hit that area and the aluminum cannot take the heat.

have you seen the rev box exhaust on the rc modelz site its a bit like an xcan but more bling, think it might be my next choice when my ss pipe gives up.
