bottom of carb leaking need help

im fairly new to the 1/5th scale. i have the rampage mt ver 3 with the 30.5 cc engine and i have stock carb and it keeps leaking out of the bottom of the carb plate any sugestion on how to get it to quit without buying new carb. i don't know if the walbro wt 668 gaskets will work for this or not anyone know? thanks

That happened to me.. I just tightened the screw that holds that plate to the carb. You need to pull the carb off the engine to do it. If that doesn't work... You'll need a new gasket... Maybe someone else can chime in on where to get those.

The 668 gaskets will work. Check the screw, like Savage said. There's a fitting in that area, as well. Make sure it's not cracked. If you need a rebuild kit, here's a link.

i tryed to tighting bolt still tight so i will try new gasket kit thanks

The plastic intake can warp. If you are going to pull the carb to replace gaskets I would recommend upgrading to a aluminum intake.

my intake warp on me this weekend causing all sorts of tuning issues.im buying a billet intake hopefully thats my solution.

My carb was leaking out of the bottom as well. I used the black rtv to seal it up and so far it runs great. Don't glop it in be careful with it, and mind you this is until I get a new carb
