Bought a 2nd and doing custom project

I have been playing with and even working in rc for almost 40 years,


I gravitate to nitro and gas, so I have several lol nitro and large gas cars/buggies.


I picked up a second Chimera ( used, nice ) and it will serve as a base for a custom project,


I want to do a car that while not a copy of any one car has a mad max fury road feel,


I am having trouble finding any 1/5 or 1/6 car bodies to start with, smartech has a mustang but I would rather find a beaten used one, I may have to make my body from scratch,


Okay, Chimera question, I know I could get wheel adaptors and run about anything but it would be cheaper to run redcat wheels and tires, is there a redcat wheel and tire that is wider than what is stock on the chimera?


Any tire compare pix would be super cool,

m/t's wheels and tires are huge but not sure they'd work on Chimera. someone else could answer that.

the XT tires set would be wider and use same stock wheel mount.
