BTB,I have also seen this type of problem posted on this forum ,these issues have got to be resolved! A Manufacturer that have the holding line in two stroke engines having a common problem like this is outragous! I would have thought that they would have sorted this by now as they must have had a shed load of complaints.
I have worked with all types of machinery and engines and if Zenoah Komatsu put a REAL C-clip as in those used on the squares for the tuning brake set-up. Now they wouldn't come off and if they did it would be a rarety.
So c'mon Zenoah ,sort these clips out!!!

Hey Clive, took my car out today with the 29 head on and it was running great but there was some awful glitches in the radio/is it because of the pipe being too near the receiver?
Went great though!

James, are you using 40mhz or 2.4ghz?

If you are using 40mhz mount the receiver aerial (tube) behind the front bulkhead - on the steering support plate. If you refer to the photos of my MCDs posted on this thread you will see the aerial tube exiting the bodyshell through the front window.

The only problem I have experienced (and then only briefly) was when using 40mhz PPM and the throttle/brake servo would return to the neutral position at a specific point on the race track. I solved it by changing to a PCM receiver.

Well i'm on 4 meg at he moment but have just bought a 2.4 with five reciever for the rest of my cars and a spare as well, they should be here in a few days.
I wasn't getting any glitching on the FG's just the MCD so I presumed it was the receiver being too near the samba?
Cheers Clive I'll let you know how it is with the new radio.
Cheers
James.;)

There will have to a few 'catseyes' in there for the deal to go ahead Keith!
Anyway, I doubt you would want the Samba because its in 'rusty race' finish:yuk:
