+1 on the fuel tubing, don't forget a small washer
don't forget the 2 hidden grub screws you can adjust behind the pads for when you start to wear down your disks(on the MT anyway, i don't know what car ur talking about).
When ever i have brake problems and it isnt the linkage them 2 grub screws are the first things i check, as they like to back out
