Brand new Redcat Rampage MT, loses RC upon starting.

Hello,

I just received my new Rampage MT and I've yet to actually get it to drive. I turn on the receiver and the radio and I'm able to see the throttle servos and steering servos move, but as soon as I start the truck, I lose RC signal and the receiver goes into it's failsafe mode. I can restart the truck, radio, and receiver and the same issue happens. I've tried making sure the battery was fully charged, re-binding the radio and receiver, to no avail.

I've contacted Redcat support, waiting to hear back.

I hope you guys could shed some light into this matter.

It could be the plug interfering
Try an NGK CMR7

Mine did the same thing, I have the aluminum roll cage and my spark plug wire was touching it, I moved it an ot didn't do it.

Just an update, switched plugs and upgraded to a Spektrum radio system, no problems now.

had the same issue got rid of the poop radio system was fiddlesticked out of the box
