Is there a special break-in process for 1/5th scale gasoline RCs? I know Nitro have break-in procedures, and every time i try to find it on YouTube, I see people calling nitro "Gas powered RC".....

There are many opinions on how to break them in. The easiest is do just take it easy for a few laps then drive it normal. You want to run conventional 2 stroke mixed 25:1. Check the carb settings before you begin. The L needle should be 1 1/4 turns out and the H needle 1 1/2 turns out.

My break in process is short and sweet. Just do a few warm up laps and drive it how you intend to drive it. You don't need to baby these engines.

And nitro's aren't that hard to break in. It's just time consuming!
Agreed. I've got a hudy engine breakin stand that i use. an engine is broken in very quickly and with no wear on the clutch or drivetrain of your rc .
