breaking post

started taking apart the breaks and gear cover... looks like something is missing underneath the chasis... the breaking post has too much play, is there a grommet or a bushing that goes underneath the chasis? I am so new to this...I have 5 tanks through it, and still can't show the wife how much of a beast this thing is....

If it's anything like the MT chassis, it uses a metal bushing.

There is a brass bushing that is inserted into the chassis. The brake lever is inserted into it.
