ok so, ive managed to source a breather kit similar to that used in the "Rovan NO LEAK Fuel Tank" or so they say!
i purchased this:
Will fit it later & see how it goes, because at the mo my fuel tank p!sses out the fuel from the breather hole, and ive tried everything i can to prevent it, even the mod suggested on another part of this forum, which helped a little but fuel was still coming out lots.
Best tank ive used was the stock FG tank, NEVER had any leaks with that even when i rolled it & was sat on its roof half the time because of my excellent driving skills!
but nope, no leaks at all. Why are these LOSI tanks and the like designed so cr@p!?
I did try to see if the FG cap fit the Losi but was too small :/ Another thing im going to do is extend the breath tube and wrap it under my tank and back up so the fuel wont p!ss out when rolling over etc.
What would you say is best method to sealing the breather hole on the stock cap, im thinking of either plastic welding it by just melting it slightly, or 2-part epoxy?
