Interpretation... We have passed this over to our law department in case someone is profiting from our trademarks:)

lol wouldnt be the first time ive heard of that. on the crawler forum i used to visit there was a guy who built r/c semis and trailers. he did usually custom build them at customers requests, but he did one for himself and the trailer had a harley emblem on it. several months later he got an e-mail from a lawyer from harley stating that he must remove the emblem or destory the model, and remove the pics from his website due to copyright infringment. not thinking it was legit, he contacted harley and got in touch with the legal department to find out and it was for real. he did comply with their requests even though it was for personal use and complete bs.

why would you get aston martin involved not only would aston not care about hes talent they would probably take legal action cause vass will be making a profit from there design/trademark without there approval.......

I know. I do some machining at home and know of some guys who have made custom emblems for Chevy/Ford for others cars and had pictures on their website and were contacted to remove the pictures and stop making custom parts with the companies logo. I have mixed emotions on it, but they are within their rights....

just refer to it as an Ashely Martini and everything is fine:lol:

A mate of mine bought and restored a sentinel super cell, it's an old steam powered dray wagon. When He bought it there was still vague patches of paint from the previous owner. When He approached the brewery to ask permission to re do their artwork they said no way - you'd have thought they'd be more than willing for some free advertising.
