james this question has been asked before..........its a lot longer than any of the other makes:rolleyes:

K....

I know what you are saying Keithy Weithy but I wanted to buy a body off vass but it's pointless if it wont fit owt!
I thought the whole idea of this shell was to fit a marketed car?
J:(

James,
its a only a game.
I asked for something specially , that it isnt exist , so I start to make it.

Six months later I have a body and now I'll make the chassis and all other parts.
I didnt start from a marketed car because of cost (?????) and the limits that dimensions gives.

It is the best time (... and to you ) to start a chassis project.:lol::lol:

Vass when do you find the time to make the moulds,to cast your parts;)

do you have a CNC mill to do your machining :D other wise it must take

you for ever

James start saving for the finished project :p

I have (...and use ) only classic tools, (lathe , milling machine..) to my parts.
There is a ''small'' difficulty that I need jigs and moulds for these works, if I ask for the best ( ...and that I do ) but ' this is the game'.

Because of my madness, I don't make it as 'one off ' but from the 'right way'.

I still felt that now - OUCH!!
Outer front corner is scratched - no cracks.
I keep on meaning to fine grit and polish it out, but have left it for posterity and to remind me how bad a driver I am!!
Am certainly missing the RC's out here.
I'm 20 yards from a 2-mile long straight flat beach!!

Bit of both really - fronts were still easily locking up, so still cold, but rears had warmed a little with the donuts.
One of those wanting to steer away, but not wanting to lift off moments .... never mind, nothing damaged, just a polishable scrape, fortunately!!

Have you built the shelf for the Vass masterpiece yet - or have you even got the full dimensions?
Why not pretend it's a 'development V8 mule' and fit a Conley V8? !!!

I think I saw somewhere on a German YouTube contribution that somebody's developed a 'largescale V12', so that would be perfect .... !!!!!!!
Swap the Escort RS and you might get there!!
