I went bashing at a beach today w/uneven terrain & broke my rear diff cup at the set screw. No biggie. Make sure you temper them tho. I'll post a pic later. I love these redcat 1/5 scales. My friends were digging it too.
 
if it broke there you were just unfortunate, cause that is a first I've ever heard of that since these have been around

i'm sorry fellas, i've been away. i used the incorrect name. it was the drive cup that broke at the set screw. the drive cup on the rear diff pinion from the rear dog bone output shaft. maybe putting in those o'rings was a good thing lol but like i say, strengthen one weak spot & then there is another one. my reasoning for having as much plastic as i do. pic up maybe thursday night or friday. working out of town right now. just imagine the set screw hole chipping a pie shaped piece off down to the bottom of the cup. $11 fix! plus i bought a complete diff w/gears, cups & screws for $40 so.. ;)
