took my fg marder 4wd - front wheel drive because i lost a dogbone lol i was on a big open field and the car suddenly stoped thinking it had thrown one of the grub screws again walked over and noticed the shaft off the clutch bell was snaped off :( im not having much look atm but on the plus side got my shell today :)

check ebay for the clutch bell mate i was buying them for 99p plus postage and spinning them up in the pillar drill and polishing them and shoving them straight back on ebay for £8 plus post but since the postage has gone up so much ive stoped buying them but its worth a look mate

is it worth buying a vented one?
 
but look for the one thats got a threaded shaft so you don't need them poxy e clips anymore but you use a bolt and washer instead
 
yeah thats the one mate keep a eye on ebay i got both mine from there i did look today but none the same a few vented ones but not with the threaded shaft,,also worth checking rc-car-online.de they do there own version for all the cars losi hpi fg ect and im sure there cheaper than the one you linked
 
i did the same when i put in this obr motor in the fg baja, so i brought 3 used ones as spares for around 4 quid each, i use vented in the fg and hormann
 
in that case id try and just get a stock one cheap on ebay untill you can get around the mrs and then get the vented one you could even try your luck and tell her you need a new oddie clutch to go with it lol

tut tut tut hyper and i thought you knew your engines mate red tops only come in 26cc mate there a heli head mines a genuine 290 zen with +1mm crank and ians magic touch lol

of course mate , my mistake... i thought my marder s 28.5cc was 4 stroke until last week lol, also i tried to adjust the blow off valve but couldnt locate it.
anyway i know about engines, to get more power youve got mix your oil at 100/1... and use 3 boostbottles not 2!!!!! and don't oil your k and n filter so more air gets through and on that note if you ever need me to work on ya oddie just give us a tinker mate ..

another tip for your rpm test on the ecu is.... p[ut the bug on something so the wheels don't touch the ground and rev the hell out of it, while doing that blow hard on the airfilter and the revs go up mate, trust me assad taught me this when we were competing at the euros lol.

ATTN :OBVIOUS TO 99% OF PEOPLE BUT THIS IS JUST A BS JOKE, don't MIX OIL AT 100/1 UNLESS YOU WANT TO SCREW UP YOUR ENGINE AND don't EVEN USE A K &N IN THE FRST PLACE .BUT BLOWING ON THE FILTER DOES WORK TO GIVE MORE POWER..

funny as feck mate you the man,,but whats that you have to mix oil with petrol all about mine don't run on petrol it drinks a 32/1 super tenents vodka mix and a bit of red bull if im after real power that seems to work ok
 
ive won a vented bell tonight for £6.50 :) and ive replaced my alloy shock i broke aswell and along the way ive managed to get some alloy rear hubs :D
