How many fins can you break off before the flywheel is deemed unusable. I noticed one broken and can't find a definitive answer, thanks.

IMO the fact that 1 fin has broken is not an issue other than the balance will be upset the more fins broken will make the engine run hotter, if you had 4 fins broken you could still run the engine but the chances are the unbalanced flywheel would make everything shake loose.
