Three flat out laps of the feild then stopped..!!
Could not get it to fire at all after about 25 pulls so gave up.
Took the whole thing apart & found after much searching broken piston ring peg, piston ring stuck in wrong position (gap facing exhaust port), Chunk out of cylinder above exhaust port & very little compression..OOh dear.
Time for a big bore i think..!!
Just ordered a 28.5cc off flea bay £49 delivered.
All i can put it down to is as im running it on castrol (R) A747 mineral oil,i didnt shake the can enough before filling. That stuff just don't want to mix with the petrol unless you shake for about a minute.

Anybody got any top end rebuilding tips for me before i dive in tomorrow.
(i am a mechanic) but used to the bigger stuff.

Hi. If you need a hand, i live not to far away give me a ring when it turns up. I used to play around with 2 stroke bikes when i had hair, i'm finding these monsters need just as much time and money spent on them !!!!!! Tyres look great mate. Thanks.

castrol a747 is a semi synthetic caster mix not mineral oil m8

also make sure you run the new head kit in proper as this helps alot

also make sure you warm the engine up before you start blasting it around the field

good luck with the rebuild
