Your all on about the 5-B and running it just RWD, have a spy on Youtube at O-Neill Brothers Racing or could even be RCSparks, Dan has his race 5-B in RWD form running an off the shelf OBR, he makes it dance, Medic and Everett?? can barely keep it in a straight line when they have a bash with it.

Although the Baja have a massive aftermarket availability I'd be tempted to do as you all say and make the 5-B RWD. At least that way if you get bored of not being able to go in a straight line you can bang the front CVD's back in and have a different animal. Could even buy a second front end thats built for 4x4 and one thats RWD.

I have the Rovan 2T , in hindsight whished I had save up and bought a better quality HPI or Losi . Search under my username and I have a ton of feedback on the Rovan's . They are cheap, they allow a new modeler to get into 1/5 , they are assembled like absolute crap, and the overall quality is poor. They WILL break parts frequently from cheap China quality or just simply a bad assembly / design.

I'm all good guy's. Keeping the Rampage MT. Converted it to 2wd last night and tested all ok. Changing tires and wheels and a few other things and I'm not only money ahead but pleased with what I have.
