Building a brushless losi 5t struggling with mechanical brakes..

Building a losi 5t brushless conversion at the moment, I’m using the Rrc brushless conversion kit which includes a mount for a brake servo. How do I set up to use a brake servo with my setup, I’m using a max5 g2 hv with a 650kv motor…

You'll have to use channel mixing where you activate a switch to engage braking or reverse depending on how you want to handle it

I came across a YouTube video of a guy setting it up on a MCD car. They used an extra channel to enable reverse. So you'd hold the momentary switch for the channel and when you pushed the trigger it would reverse instead of activating the brake

thanks, I don’t mind about not having reverse just wanted to find out how I would use the brake to work alongside my esc to use it as a brake.
