I have just descoverd that on one side of my insolator block the thred in the head will not tighten fully to the point were it stops.:( and is causing an air leak. is there any thing i can do to fix it:w00t: or is it time to buy a new head?:mad:
Any help in this matter would be very welcome.:D thankyou for your time.:cup-1:
 
Are you saying the threads are stripped of there has been some that had problems with the bolt being too long.

IF it is stripped a helcoil is the way to go. Been using them may years. Do to my trade I have at least 10 or better kits for different threads and sizes.
