No joke!!
OK, for those who are familiar with me, I normally travel quite a lot, but haven't since the birth of 'JJ' last Sepember, so that could have something to do with it.

I'm not depressed, but simply have NO wish to go outside and do anything other than school runs, shopping, etc.

Our works have holidays in conjunction with the financial year, re-starting on 01/04, and have a 'use it or lose it' policy.

With 9 days left I've done a couple of Friday/Monday long weekends, and am off all week this week.
No wish to go anywhere, or even get the RC's out.

We've had 2x 30' spurts of attempted sunshine today, so out I go, with the Mental Maxx - 1/5 scale ESC, 6S, biggish BL motor.
It can easily pull really tallish gearing and is literally that - MENTAL.

Took it out - outside the house - for a 10' blast.
Finally brought a smile on my face and finally didn't feel freezing.
Decided to call it an end after 10' before brain freeze caused an accident, which could be an expense too far!!
Snowing again!

Almost wish it was 20C with a hosepipe ban again - 12 months eh !!

I get like that at weekends after being away all week. Get yourself a balaclava to keep the wind off your head!
 
Jags are good! Always liked them......except for the Mondeo Jag that is!
My mate has fully ally'd his MT over the winter and is itching to get out so no doubt we will be getting plenty in when the weather gets a bit warmer. I think I must be getting old but cant be arsed freezing my tits off in a windy field anymore!!
 
First day of spring!!
Sunshine most of the day, with some cloud.
Cold wind, but noticeably less than last month.
5-6C all day - B-B-Cue weather!!

Washed the Civic, and POLISHED her - 1st full polish in ages.
It's red, so need to protect it a bit.

Must be feeling the extra natural Vitamin D or something!!

Heating off all day - amazing!!

We had 6ft drifts on top of the pennines & although its been sunny today the temp hasnt gone above 1c so still plenty of snow on the ground. Just driving down the 2.5 miles down into town improves temp by 2-3c!
