Hi Charlie, I've no problems with my FG MT once set-up.
I'm using one Savox 1256TG on the front cable brakes ALONE, which has ~280oz in / 20 kg cm torque.
I use another Savox 1256TG on the throttle / rear brakes.

7.5kg cm sorry to say is not much.
Also, add additional bracing on the radio tray, or replace with a carbon or alloy one.

Having said all that, if you've an on road, it doesn't need as much as my FG MT so 7.5 should do something.
I'd check your servo throws and cable set-ups first before replacing the servo.
IF YOU DO, definitely get the Savox 1256TG - not too expensive and reliable as anything I've ever encountered.

If you want more again, you have to shell out quite a bit more for a Hitec 7995TG, but certainly for an on-road, you shouldn't need that.

i changed my discs for fibre ones and ali pads making them work much better but the pads do wear a lot needing adjusting
i use a savox 16kg for throttle and front and rear brake and works great
a tip i found when adjusting the pads loosen the cables off then adjust the pads then set the cables last
sorry if you already know this :o:o

What battery voltage are you using??
can you rig it up to 7.2volts?

if you can then the servo's will run a bit better but normally the receiver will control voltage to say about 6volt maybe a tad higher.

if yours not a racer

Cut the red (or + ) cable and wire it direct to the 7.2 volt battery and you will notice a huge increase in power but also the servo life will be reduced..

if this cant be done then the savox servos are real good items..

another thing to watch is the cables themselves.I had a set and the cables became frayed inside the outer sheaths after replacing them it was like night and day..

Good Top Tip on the cable adjustment.
It's more-or-less what I actually do, but by trial and error.
