Very nice job!

If it's a shorter wheelbase then you have a few bodies to choose from. If you like the car once you test it out and what the other longer bodies you can always get a longer chassis to do this.

What's the wheelbase on it? 465mm? If so there's only 2 FG prosche bodies that will fit. 911 GT3-RS #5160 $273 OR GT2 #5154 $264 (these were Advances prices in Canadian funds)

Thanks. Yes it is the short wheelbase, there is the two porche bodies to choose from. if the handling sucks then i will get a longer chassis. I compared it to a firehammer and its the same wheelbase, they have a couple onroad bodies for that aswell so im looking into those too.

I converted my firehammer to on road so we have the same wheelbase to race. Wolf and I bash together anyway with our offroads... You might as well buy my spare motorcycle Dave hehe. After I get the semi tires I am ordering the AC Cobra body if you wanted to order that body.

and get those aluminum bulkheads polished and on the car... plastic looks so sleezy

I found a way to soften the rubber up on the rock hard tires. I'll show you. Mine are actually a bit sticky now first treatment

Advance Hobby is an awesome store. I just ordered about $500 in parts from them not long ago. Too bad they have to special order my semi tires.

I need to get some metal screws the plastic ones don't work with the alloy lol. I bought another set of onroad wheels, this time they are alluminum beedlocks its some nice v groove tires. I might have to use ur technique to soften up them tires hehe.

I found that other piece for the bulkead sides.... and I have a huge container of screws, should have dug through and grabbed some..next time we hook up

Semi is ready to rumble too as soon as we get some dry weather. looks much better with the buggy wheels and the wider wheels squares. Now I need another picco switch for the Firehammer... Going to fire up the Redcat today and do a little break in session... then paint the upper hallway and stairwell (have to try out my new funky ladder hehe)

I use a lot of chemicals for my detailing and the high grade solvent I use for cleaning door seals and such really softens the rubber. I tried soaking them and placing in a bucket and sealing. that worked decent. now I am spraying cloth and wrapping the rims with plastic wrap. the front tires are actually sticky now. they felt like cheap plastic tires like kids toys before hehe. must be about 10 yrs old
