Can I laydown a motor in a FG Sportline?

Would it be possible to laydown the motor in a FG 4wd Sportline if I use the motor mount from a EVO ??

Most likely not going to happen if you are looking to uses set of 2wd EVO engine mounts in a 4wd Sportline. It probably could be done with a great deal of ingenuity, effort, and fabrication. Keep in mind the engines are able to be laid down in the 2wd On Road Cars like the Evos, F1s, and 2wd Sportlines because there are no belt and belt housing running down the center of the chassis. If one was able to lay the engine down in the 4wd car, it would have to be raised up, so the exhaust manifold would clear the belt housing.
 
After reading your reply, vadn1 I went and looked at my exhaust on my motor . My conclusion it would not be worth the effort because I would not be able to lower my motor enough because the exhaust pipe would get in the way.:( Thanks for your advice.:)
