Can someone recommend an RX battery?

I have an XT 1/5 scale truck, the 2000mah nimh battery died today.


I need a new battery, I want 5000mah or more. Should I go NIMH or Lipo? (I have a nice Thunder AC 6 charger so I can charge anything)


And could anyone point me to a good pack for my truck?

I have a couple of the 5000 mah. I want to try the lipos. I don't get to run as often as most of you guys and the lipos don't discharge while dormant like the nimh.

Dynamite speed pack 5100mah they seem to last a while on a single charge and the cost is around 30 somethin

I use a 11.1V 5000mah Lipo.
