Ok, my FG MT I won on ebay came in today and some of the wiring is confusing me. First off the power plug coming from the on/off switch doesn't fit in my receiver (can't plug it in) You can see in the pictures it has a little lip on it on one side that makes it a little wider than normal. The first picture is the normal servo plug on top and that other plug for power on bottom.

Next, the truck has a throttle/brake servo and a seperate brake servo for the front disk brakes. Both of these plug into the circuit board in the picture and then it has one plug coming out the other side that should go to the receiver i guess but if has that same werid plug that the power switch does. What is this board with the little adjustment knob on it and who makes it so I can get some info on it. Take a look at the pics and see if you can help me out here. Info is greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone.

O yeah my receiver is an airtronics 92724 4ch for the M11 transmitter.

+1 what voo said, i had the battery leads rub though on mine so i got a repair kit from ebay but the plugs had that little lug on and i cut it off ;) never had any probs with it since mate ;)

Wow you guys are fast thanks. That's what I was thinking, just cut it off but wanted to make sure. Any idea about that circuit board with the adjustment dial on it? Pretty sure it's some kind of fail safe but what is the adjustment for. I'm going to be using a killer b anyways so shouldn't even need this.

Sling the failsafe if your using a KB,the adjustment dial is called a potentiometer and it will adjust the throw on whatever servo you connect it to.

I just had the same with a Futaba servo plugging into an Acoms receiver so just cut the tab off and everything is fine

With it all connected and the car turned on (not the tx), if you turn the adjuster you should see the servo its connected to move slightly, are you using a FM tx, if so ditch it and get yourself a 2.4gz, most have a fail safes pre-installed.
