Cant stop the sputter

My baja was running great last time I ran it but now I cant get it to stop sputtering on the top end. It still has ok power but really makes alot of sputtering/small popping noises. Ive checked for air leaks but not found any. Any thoughts?

Try new plug and check the color after a run.

check to see if the pipe is loosened and if it starts popping even more,check any electrics.this happened to me after installing a faulty kill switch

did you re-fuel the car since the last run? i suspect a lean condition, possibly from little dirt pieces in the fuel. or, as stated above, check the plug.

I changed plugs yesterday with no change but I'll see what it looks like and report back. The plug I pulled though was a grey burnt color, not wet at all.

Ive tried everything I can think of, still sputters on top end. Seems to have good power though. So I pulled the head and theres no scaring or anything.,..,..,

i go the same sort of problem with my punisher,im gonna try a different carb on it see if that makes a difference

Try with another carb. And check for leaks from the crank seals. Check your fuel cap for proper valve operation.
