Was running my TT5 the other day, motor stalled, and when I tried to restart, it no longer turns over. Please don't tell me I lean seized it

**Update: I opened it up today and the c-clip from the wrist pin had popped off. It scoured the cylinder head and then jammed itself between the piston and the head. I didn't install the c clips like was suggested on this board. I guess someone on this board is going to be getting an order from me for a top end on an engine. At least I didn't lean seize it...**

ok.. you leaned seized it.......................na, not sure. how much time is on the motor.

-did you flip it? could have flooded.

-what color is your plug? if its whitish grey, your running too lean

-how was it running right before it stalled?

-did it feel like it was heat soaked or running hot?

pull the head and see what it looks like.. take some pics if you can.. also take a note to how the compression feels when pulling the cord

Th eonly way to really tell is to take the cylinder off. Most likely though you lean siezed it. These big trucks are prone to that. People want more and more and all of a sudden you are at 1/2 turn out. Not I would ever do that, but I heard of some guys doing it.

Okay, I'll need to perform some surgery on the engine. Wasn't runnning it very hot - about 180 F (have temp sensor on my nomadio). I have a 28.5cc top on it already but had previously taken it apart because one of the head bolts sheared. Maybe I didn't reassemble it correctly; but I've run 2 tanks through it and it seemed okay until now.

Looks like I gotta keep on taking parts off of my Baja to get my TT5 running again until I can fix my motor....

yup, the head of the screw snapped off it. It looked like the people who installed the head kit had over-tightened the head bolts when they originally installed the kit.
