what carb or other mods would you guys recomend for the 29cc billet head kit to get more power out of it

yes all ready have billet head kit and jet pro pipe what other mods can i do to get more power

You could get a 30cc ported kit and drop it in? Not sure you can get much more with your 29?

Stock carb with the pop-off pressure set to like 20-21psi (going down to 15 often lasnd the spring too short for consistant performance in my experiences)
A good pipe is te #1 power adder on a 2 stroke, they are actually referenced and reffered to as sonic superchargers, as teh return pulse can generate up to 7psi of positive pressure going into the combustion chamber
another carb people tend to think adds power is the 813, with it's accelerator pump you can be off on the tune and it covers it up by squirting in gas when you jab the throttle hiding any lean condition in the L needle, but they do tend to wear out pretty fast when ran in dusty conditions
