i was just going through a few sites and seen all the different carbs which could be installed on these motors . i was just wondering if there would be a noticable difference going from a wt-668 to a wt-813 just wanting some advice on a good carb or if this is the right one to buy

sweet is tuning the same as on my stock one

Tuning is different on the 813/990.


The 668 has two needles fed seperately so if you change one the other stays the same.


The 813 low speed needle is fed thru the high speed needle. So if you change your high setting your low will change also. You need to get the low close then tune the high speed and go back and readjust the low. The 990 carb tunes the same way. Either carb is worth the effort performance wise but there is nothing wrong with the stock 668.
