the tip of the plug where it gets spark was very dark ..

Might have been running a bit rich. You want to see a brown paper bag color.

ok cool .. ill look for that .. just put a new plug in and fixing the throttle to close the butterfly because i had it open when i tried to start it and realized it needed to be closed .. just tricky to get it where it is fully open @ wide open throttle yet closed @ the stand by position .. is running to rich a bad thing

Running a little rich is fine.

You can adjust the amount of servo travel with the radio.

i got it to run decent .. it seemed like it did about 35 to 45 mph .. i will try to restart it tomorrow .. i had the low speed needle to high ..i wish this had a 2 speed transmission
