carb needle stuck?

I was tuning my truck the other day and notice no matter how much I turned the hsn nothing changed the lsn seemed to work fine, can the needles get stuck? Or is it time for a new carbon and if so what's a good one?

yup, got to be careful when turning your needles all the way in. The tip of the needle will break off and get stuck in the carb. Try pulling out your needles one at a time and inspect the needle tip.
