Hello everybody, tried searching the forums for an answer, I have been dealing with nitros for 15 years, rule of thumb was always adjust high speed needle then low speed, as the high will directly affect low setting. is this true for 1/5 scale gas carbs? I have watched many youtube videos and most people start on the low needle then work on the high. what im asking is does the high needle affect the flow of fuel to the low? or would they considered 2 different circuits within the carb? thanks for the input and opinions. Pete

needles

thanks for the fast reply, so what if I find my sweet spot on the low, then I lean the high, does that mean I would lose the sweet spot on the low? possibly running the low lean

Yeah, you have to go back and forth for sure. Its just minor tweaks once you find the low needle that works for you.

My mother was from D ickson City, up on the hill.
