Carb Wont Prime (plz help)

Hey guys im having a very strange problem with my carb not priming any fuel.I have changed all gaskets, metering valve i even changed out parts from a working carb and still no go.Yes my lines are on proper so i don't know what it could be.I do have a working one so i could just forget about it but i wont to get to the bottom of this.Thank you all kindly in advance.

I have now tried to close the L,H jets and the bulb fills up but once i open it wont fill again.I have tried searching for my problem online but its always the same answer "gasket change,fuel lines ect)

good possibility. Have actually done it myself. Check screen on carb and also fuel cap. The cap may be blocked not allowing air into fuel tank
 
Yeah I had my two pipes on the wrong way once, swapped them back and it was all good then. Or the diaphragm inside the carb might be split..
Hope you find the problem anyway!
