Hello,

Is it possible to run factory carb settings 30.5cc until I get use to the buggy & engine sound. Not wanting to try & find the edge or perfect spot & go overboard.
Will the factory settings be on the rich side?

In general no, for peak performance (and leaning it out) will only be done on high side. Low side, you have no reason to touch (and factory should be fine).
If you have messed with factory settings already, then that is a different matter.

If you have mixed correct ratio of oil, and engine spits sputters while sitting. Then that is when low side would need adjustment (will not have anything to do with peak performance)
The high side, once you have (well let's just say) 45 minutes to an hour of run time in. You should notice engine start to gain a tad more performance with factory settings (about 1 ~ 2 MPH, and or, about 500 more RPM at WOT).
