Cast alum parts

I use cast alum parts on my cars, many times.

A lot of people ask me about the strength of these parts.Of cource I couldnt compare billet - cast, alum.
But with the right metal choice I can make stength and elasticity , cast alum parts.
No small holes,with elasticity is that I want.

So, I made two cast alum parts (using Vass 's alum secret formula....), one for a crash test and one hub, for spare use.

Watch it.

The hub on lathe and the bright metal. No holes.

Nice... Can't see the second video/pic. What temps/furnace do you need for melting the alum? Or is that a trade secret

Alum needs 730 C and ....... of course it is a trade secret .The information is only for you.
