My CEN body showed up today. It looks like i am going to have to trim on the inside of the fenders to get it to fit right. It does have tons of clearance though, there is a 3/8" - 1/2" gap from the jetpro to the body at its closest point. This is with the rear mount all the way down and no front mount. The body also seems fairly sturdy. I plan on cutting out the windows, getting my wife to make some nets, add stickers and cutting a whole for the pullstart. After that i think it will look fairly well. If anyone has any suggestions to make this look better please chime in. The wheels need to go!

I got the windows, fenders and mounts cut out. I did get a little crooked on the rear end but it isnt that noticable. I did make a nice rookie mistake though, i set the body height with it on the stand. Of course when i put it on the ground it looked like a low rider. I took it for a quick spin though to see how it looked and i got a runaway truck again. I am not sure why but if i kill it with the radio the throttle servo automatically goes full throttle. I must have something wrong somewhere. Anyway, i will get back on the body after i figure out whats wrong.


I did buy it from amainhobbies. I know i griped about them in another thread but since i had to pick up a few other things i qualified for free shipping. Took them 10 days to get it here. There customer service was awful and honestly i do not see me buying from them in the future. If you want one of the bodies call CEN. they are $70 plus $6 shipping and you get the decal sheet with it. It also comes prepainted.
 
I definatley feel you. When I opened up the box it blew my mind. I should have probably went with desert rat body myself, but my driving ability sucks. The cheaper the better at this point
 
I just went out and snapped a few pics. I need to smooth out the cuts a little and it still has the protective film on it. The cut out portion at the back, don't ask.
