Hoped for one last run, and stripped the 25/25 gears, and one tooth off the 29.

Argh, wish the 2spd was ready....

...belt drive or new gears?

Not sure if a bearing went or picked up a rock?

Yea, i think of the 2 speed often-- Demon said that he was no longer involved- something like that-- darned shame.- Question is though- who are the people still involved?--

I have run 29/31/25/25 and swapped it for 31/29/25/25.

Seemed ok either way, little boggy low end when geared for speed.

would the 35/25/25/25 or 25/35/25/25 be to extremee for the xb with stock motor?

Was thinking of a pro mod gizmo 30.5 before this...would that motor have more torque for the tallest gearing on low end?

Just go with the belt drive IMO. Heaps better than the gear setup. RC pitstop on the left hand banner sells them. And can also supply the alloy gear plates check out his web site there is a few different options and packages that you could purchase for the X series.

Definitly the way to go RC DAD has everything you need

Is 07185 the same as 51004?

Is one plastic, and one steel?

Is the 51004t hardened steel?

Not shure what to order

[if I can't get a belt drive]?

I think the set screw on the pinion coupling, where the brakes are, loosened up and bound?

So the D shaft could slide in/out 1/8" and bad things happened:(

My Mt gear plate is cracked in 1/2... bearings are good. ...argh!

The blue allum red cat one...does it have the larger bearings?

I loctited the screws, is there a better way ? pin it ?
