Is there any special procedures or shimming to do on the center differential.I have it insall but not connected on the gearplate, just to take it out of the picture.

It bind and is noisy. Its not smooth like I had it before...I spent 3 hrs today but its still doing the same thing.

Any suggestion would be awsome

found the problem...One of my grub screws that I installed was rubbing against the brake lever shaft LOL stupid me

Ive got everything installed again and the center differential still kinda rough.IS this normal?

There is 2 ways to install the differential mounts,if you flip it down the differential seams lower..Am I doing something wrong??

no its the same.you can flip the mounts upside down and it will cause it to bind.Thats what happened to me lol.Initially I thought I had flipped it back to normal but I installed it the same way lol.

no sorry..It was my stupid mistake late at night thinking ive had tried it both ways..

you also have shims behind the bearings, i switched mine around to get a better wear pattern and to take the slop out between the ring and pinion it works very smooth.

I will give it a try next time I have it appart...hopefully next time will be for an upgrade :)
